probuje dedukowac bez znajomosci tresci, ale sadze - na podstawie jakosci cytatow - ze te slowa nalezy tu rozumiec
jednak doslownie; chyba ze faktycznie chodzi o jakis uklad powiernictwa ? ...
podejrzewam jednak, ze nie, ze chodzi o zwykla umowe handlowa ale z podkresleniem wzajemnego zaufania
ogolne pojecie o tresci bardzo by pomoglo :)
