poniżej Explanation: Na potrzeby polskiego systemu prawnego nie widzę wielkich różnic. Osobiście tłumaczyłbym ownership rights jako prawa własności a property jako majątkowe. W sumie można sobie wyobrazić posiadanie praw majątkowych (np praw do czerpania pożytków) bez formalnego posiadania danego przedmiotu. Jeżeli natomiast spotkałaś się z tym rozróżnieniem w Anglii i dotyczy ono nieruchomości, to prawa do nieruchomości gruntowej zgodnie z angielskim prawem nie można określić jako "ownership" (gdyż cała ziemia teoretycznie jest własnością królowej) co nie przeszkadza w jej swobodnym obrocie, któremu podlegają "property rights".
