Conciliation and Arbitration. The parties agree that in the event of any dispute or controversy between them relating to this Agreement, they shall exert all possible efforts to resolve, conciliate and settle such disputes. In the event the parties are unable to come to a mutually agreeable settlement through conciliation, the parties hereto agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the then existing International Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (the “AAA”), and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof or having jurisdiction over one or more of the parties or their assets.
