Pierwszym moim odruchem było przełożenie pierwszego członu tego wyrażenia jako "wskazać Klienta jako beneficjenta polisy", ale jeśli spójnikiem wiążącym obydwa człony jest "or", i drugi człon wspomina jakiś generic interest clause, to... no capischi. Poza tym: jaki miałoby sens zastrzeganie na swoją niekorzyść udziału własnego w polisie? Tu drafterem umowy jest akurat Customer.

W takim przypadku interest odnosiłby się do odsetek. Jednak Customer's interest jest trudno zrozumieć inaczej niż udział własny.

W ubezpieczeniach zdrowotnych mamy copayment, czyli współpłatność. W ubezpieczeniach komunikacyjncych mamy deductible, czyli udział środkow własnych.

Customer's interest - chyba chodzi o udział klienta a nie o oprocentowanie, zaś w drugim przypadku może chodzić o ogólną klauzulę oprocentowania - stąd problem być może użycia terminu "interest" w dwóch znaczeniach tj. udział i odsetki lub procent.
