Ująłem to 'prosto' lecz sprawa nie jest łatwa. Otóż w prawie angielskim mamy Real property to jest freehold interests in land oraz Personal property dalej podzielony na Chattels real tj. leasehold interests in land oraz Chattels personal znowu z kolei podzielony na Choses in possession tj. tangible, moveable objects as a car, wristwatch oraz Choses in action czyli rights such as debts, patents and copyrights. Jest tak na pewno - na tej bazie zapraszam do znalezienia zgrabnego sformułowania...
