Comment on "akt prawny" Explanation: Eva, thank you and others for this opportunity to brainstorm this problem. My original answer, although missed your context, was meant to caution you against the Polish term "akt prawny" suggested by someone. This term, although very convenient and used in everyday speech, is not defined in the Polish legal language where we speak of "akty prawotworcze" ("normatywne") or "akty administracyjne" (the latter would apply in the case of a change of name). So, "akt" yes, but not "prawny"! Cheers, Jacek. |
