firma/ciało/organizacja bez osobowości prawnej Explanation: don't you mean UNINCORPORATED? i.e. a business which has not been made into a corporation (i.e. a partnership = spółka cywilna, or a sole trader = osoba fizyczna) The Dictionary of Banking and Financial terms suggests: działalność niezarejestrowana, however this is not precisely true, since even sole traders and partnerships must be registered.
