Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc. cannot guarantee the useful life of any and all components should the system be subject to operating under the conditions in the grayed out boxes above. Operating the equipment within the gray boxes shall void any and all warranties, since the conditions above denote extremes in ambient conditions that may be degenerative or destructive in nature to the CTLM.

Jeśli jednak kupujący wiedział, że prawa sprzedawcy były sporne albo, że nabył rzecz na własne niebezpieczeństwo to sprzedający nie będzie zobowiązany do zwrotu ceny.
