Wiem, że było już zapytanie o słowo displacement, ale chciałabym się upewnić, czy w przypadku tego zdania : "The new engine has a smaller displacement of 3260 cubic meters, therefore the noise-level during operation is reduced." również mowa jest o pojemności skokowej - zwykle pojemność nie jest podawana w metrach3 tylko centymetrach - tak więc jak sądzicie: błąd w tekście (mowa o silniku diesel wózka widłowego) czy może chodzić o objętość roboczą pompy silnika (sugestia nasunęła mi się w związku ze znalezionym wyrażeniem variable displacement pump jako pompa o zmiennej objętości roboczej). Będę wdzięczna za wszelkie komentarze.
