uważam, że tak to należy przetłumaczyć - a "finger loaded valve" to wg. mnie chdzi o zawór z trzpieniem sterującym (czyli "popychaczem") grzybkiem dociskowym, czyli po prostu zwykłego zaworu zwrotnego grzybkowego
