chodzi pewnie o spięty/klejony plik 3 samokopiujących się egzemplarzy, top to oczywiście ten na górze, czyli pierwszy, choć górnym po polsku bym go nie nazwał ;-)

hmm - dzisiaj w zasadzie można wydrukować trzy "oryginały"... dawniej, gdy pisano używając kalki był oryginał i dwie/ trzy kopie...
moja propozycja na tę okoliczność to "oryginał" "pierwsza kopia" i "druga kopia"
