English to Polish translations [PRO]
English term or phrase: quorn
I mean the food, defined as mycoprotein, a tiny relative of mushrooms that feeds on carbohydrates and grows prolifically in culture using a form of liquid fermentation, etc. etc. So, for example: pasta with quorn and vegetables. Is there a Polish word for quorn at all, or do I stick with the English (?) name?

Fusarium gramineurum
Explanation:
Whether you are doomed to use the English word or not - it's up to you to decide. I might add the Latin name and eaplain what the yummy stuff is - depending on the context. (Is it yummy?)

Thanks anyway. It seems that nobody knows what quorn is in Polish, so we'll have to leave it and close the question!
