I will be using it for a Christmas card greeting.

(Zyczenia )pokoju, wolnosci, sprawiedliwosci i whiskey
Explanation:
The word in parenthesis means "Greeings" as in Greetings of peace, freedom etc.

If you wish to skip it (stylistically it is rather nice to keep it), you may want to say:

Pokoj, wolnosc, sprawiedliwosc i whiskey

which mean peace, freedom, justice and whiskey.

The words pokoj, wolnosc, sprawiedliwosc all require diacritics (special marks like dots and accent marks) that are essential to render the meaning and grammatical structure.
I can provide those later if you wish.

-> I meant to type "Greetings" and not "Greeings)

agree  Ewa Luchowska-Mertl: I'd suggest to put "i dużo whiskey", which means " and a lot of whiskey". In my opinion it sounds better.
