Prezes
Explanation:
In in the Polish management system the head of management of a company is PREZES.

However, every management board has a supervisory board (rada nadzorcza), that, in turn, has its own PRZEWODNICZĄCY.

PREZYDENT in Polish language is reserved for administrative/government positions. (PREZYDENT MIASTA, KRAJU)
Use of PREZYDENT in business context is a result of mistranslations from English PRESIDENT.

I guess, that in your context it is Prezes Zarządu.
