No caso, esse "delivered value" se refere aos resultados monetários obtidos com o uso dos produtos da empresa, o popular "value added". Eu costumo traduzir "value added" como valor agregado, solução que eu adotaria nesse caso porque "valor fornecido" soa extremamente estranho a meus ouvidos.

Explanation:
Eses "white papers" vão inventando novos "conceitos" todos os dias." Cada um inventa o que quiser.
"Delivered Value" em inglês é realmente um termo de marketing, saindo da idéia "to deliver value". Global para mim não funciona aqui. Total é a suma de cada operação com um cliente. Valor entrego soa mal em português. Pode-se "livrar" o valor, ou seja, libertar o valor que saiu nas interações. Que lhes parece?
