uso óptimo Explanation: How I hate the people who use this kind of language that is ambiguous to even the native speakers - the only thing that might apppear obvious is the sales angle... "What are the relative costs per job under city acquisition/demolition/industrial use, versus reuse of existing structures? What combination of uses and which potential partners would enhance and serve the neighborhood while making the most economic use of the structures? In considering mixed use, what are **the highest and best uses** possible? "Highest and Best Use" in my opinion would stand for "O melhor e mais favoravel uso ou aplicacao." Explanation: I'm not very familiar with the term, however, the words "highest and best" seem to imply that the specific "use" or application is not only the best, but also the most practical or favorable. |
