this happens sometimes on Proz and on the Tradutores discussion list - how does one resolve this problem??
Right now my references texts above appear fine to me but the text on your and CristinaPereira\'s answers have diamonds with question marks where the asccented characters should be.

on my answer to the \'tie tamping\' kudoz query - in my reference, all of the places where accented characters should appear, on my screen they are replaced with the \'black diamond with the question mark\'. I always thought that this was some kind of intermittent problem on Proz and Yahoo - because it doesn\'t happen on all of the Kudoz responses or Tradutores Digests..any light you can shine to resolve this would be very welcome.
