These are instructions on how to install an anti-virus software. I don't think panel is a "painel" here:

Pull open the panel to reveal activation Code. If the tear-off panel shows signs of tampering..." etc.

My questions are: How shall I translate "panel" here? placa? tira?
Depending on the answer to the previous question, would Pull open be "Puxe para retirar/remover"...?
