English term or phrase: TUFTCO LOOM-LOOP PILE
Found this on a Bill of Lading am translating. Unfortunately, no context available. It is a description of goods. Seems to be related to Civil Engineering. I know the term pile = bate-estacas, but no idea what the "loom-loop" stands for.

Although the only answer received, it fitted the context perfectly. Only then realized whole stuff had nothing at all to do with Civil Engineering (pile = bate-estacas) but with TEXTILE industry, because then I noticed the consignee's name on the document was related to "Indústria Têxtil".....
Sorry for my belated answer but I happen to be a newbie to this forum and am not familiar with the nitty-gritties of associated rules. Well done, Sir - owe you this one.
