A frase está corret ae completa, a não ser por três erros tipográficos:
1) onde diz "by any constructed", leia-se "by AND constructed..."
2) onde diz "are them expressly", leia-se "are THEN expressly".
3) onde diz "from Customer of from theird", leia-se "from Customer OR from thierd parties"
A frase significa que o contrato de manutenção é regido e interpretado de acordo com as leis do país XXX et que qualquer outra condição estabelecida pelo Cliente ou por terceiros é nula.
