English term or phrase: "Hi, this is Detective Parson, could I put out an APB on Frank Cassata?"
In an American movie, detectives find out that a man named Frank Cassata is the true killer of a couple. So, she asks, o the phone, if she could incriminate him? Is that what is all about? How could we say the above sentence in Brazilian Portuguese? How could we translate "APB" and "put out" in this context? I´ve searched in the dictionaries and found out that APB is an acronym for All Points Bulletin (law enforcement). Thanks in advance.

Explanation:
Não sei se a polícia no Brasil usa "chamada geral", mas o sentido é o mesmo.

* Definição:
APB is a three-letter acronym used in American law enforcement to mean All Points Bulletin - that is, a bulletin broadcast to all parties, often with information about a suspect who is to be detained.
