Trata-se de um ficheiro sem grande contexto (apenas excertos, sem um ficheiro de referência) sobre normas de segurança de luvas. A frase é a seguinte.

"For dulling during the cut resistance test (6.2), the coupe test results are only indicative while the TDM cut resistance test (6.3) is the reference performance results"

Pelas referências que encontrei na net, "coupe" poderá ser, estranhamente, o nome do teste e, por isso, nem sempre se traduz. Também vi escrito como "Couptest".
