Tenho algumas dúvidas na tradução desta frase, principalmente devido aos termos "arm"/"arms" e "needle eye".

Eis a tradução que tenho de momento:

"Uma extremidade de polipropileno não-tecido facilita a fixação do braço de polipropileno tricotado através da agulha ocular e da tracção dos braços através de incisões cutâneas."

Alguém me pode dar a sua opinião? A tradução é de PT de Portugal.
