Há quem deixe 'wok'....não sei se em Portugal é familar este termo, por isso talvez pôr pelo menos uma nota a dizer do que se trata.

Explanation:
The word is originally Chinese and not usually translated, as it refers to a (reasonably) well-known and distinctive kind of frying-pan, very rounded, which cooks veggies very intensively at a high heat over a very short period of time. I would use the word 'wok' in italics, most especially since it's 'commercial use' (and cooks would know what they were talking about) and add a label - See below:
