Panela metálica chinesa Explanation: É semelhante à cataplana em Portugal, e utilizada na Ásia para fritar e cozer a vapor. Eu sei o que é porque já tive uma... wok (+ label) Explanation: The word is originally Chinese and not usually translated, as it refers to a (reasonably) well-known and distinctive kind of frying-pan, very rounded, which cooks veggies very intensively at a high heat over a very short period of time. I would use the word 'wok' in italics, most especially since it's 'commercial use' (and cooks would know what they were talking about) and add a label - See below: Aqueça o óleo numa "Wok" (frigideira grande, Chinesa) junte-lhe a galinha e frite lentamente até dourar.
