Explanation:
There are school games in which the pupils put a bead in a jar every time a task is completed or something good is done. When the jar is full, the pupils get a reward. So "Bead in the Jar" might mean "goals have been met", since it has to do with getting a reward for a well done job or for good behavior. But it means also the team effort of everybody and then "to put a bead in the jar" could mean "to be part of the team", "to act as a team player".
Of course the final decision always will depend on context.

You were right.. thank you for your help, In this case it was that to be parte of the team, besides it meant, that each time someone meets the goal the have a bead put in a crystal jar.

dont know of any specific translation for the above expression. All I can suggest is:
bead= conta/pérola or it can also mean bolha gasosa (i.e.in the wine)
jar=frasco/jarro/boião/pote/vaso etc
