Parabéns (pelo nascimento do vosso bébé) Explanation: If like you said you want to congratulate a Portuguese (from Portugal) then this is the most common way of doing it. Another possibility is the use of the word "Felicitações" but not quite as good in my opinion as it contains a certain formality in itself... I would go for PARABÉNS! |
