Entendo que, neste caso, ela provavelmente esteja se referindo ao torso do rapaz, uma vez que abdômen é o mesmo que barriga (que já aparece no final, traduzido como "barriga tanquinho", ou "six-pack"). Para evitar uma incoerência linguística (abdominal, barriga), optei por "torso". Obrigado pela ajuda.
