Depois de muito ponderar, optei "festival de lamúrias", embora reconheça que outras opções sejam possíveis. Tanto o Aulete quanto o Aurélio definem "lamúria" como "queixume" ou "lamentação", sendo que a primeira definição parece estar em sintonia com o sentido de "complaint" encontrado no Urban Dictionary. Acredito que as demais opções não traduzem exatamente a mesma ideia do original. Vejamos:

desabafo: venting
arranca-rabo: argument, violent argument, fight
arenga: a fastidious speech or discourse; a public speech, rigmarole (lengalenga).

I don't think there is a corresponding expression in one word in Portuguese.
The English definition of bithfest is "slang: a malicious and spiteful discussion of people, events, etc"
Arenga would do. But I would add maliciosa or maldosa to complement the idea.
