English term or phrase: give it up
Bianca is curious about her best friend's sexual encounter with Nick:

“Is his cock half as big as the rumors surrounding it?”
I laughed. “Please. I didn’t bring a measuring tape to bed.”
“Give it up, girl. This is your best friend you’re talking to.”

give it up: to give in to one's sexual urges in a quick manner; usually referring to females. (The Urban Dictionary)

Clearly, in this context, it also means to give the information she's asking for, to spill the beans, so to speak.

I thought of "soltar as frangas". Is it still used nowadays in PT-Br? If not, what would me a more up-to-date expression? Thank you.
