Como, dentro de minha experiência, nunca tenha ouvido de um corretor de imóveis no Brasil (que já fui um dia) usar o termo "valor contribuinte" ou, muito menos ainda "valor de contribuição" que, aliás, possui outra conotação, optei por apresentar "valor agregado", muito usado e conhecido pelo marketing imobiliário.
