Navio em ordem para começou do viagem
Explanation:
Probabaly u can put it into better portuguese Christiano?
Once a vessel has cleared port, dropped the pilot, and is clear of any restricting channels, the captain will ring down to the engine room, F.A.O.P., THIS IS THE SPECIFIC TIME AND POSITION FROM WHICH ALL THE ENSUING PASSAGE DATA AND AVERAGES (AV SPEED, AVERAGE CONSUMPTION ETC ETC), WILL BE NOTED, UNTIL ARRIVAL AT THE PORT OF DESTINATION, WHEN THE CAPTAIN ORDERS e.o.p. (End of passage)

Notes to answerer
Asker: Gee, thanks Andrew. I was about to lose hope someone would answer it. This is a brilliant explanation. Perhaps, we could say: "Navio em ordem para começo de Viagem"!
