Agradeço muito a todos! Acredito que esta sugestão do Ted é a que mais se aplica. Vi no Google muitas ocorrências da expressão em inglês sempre com esse sentido, ou seja, o construtor faz a parte *bruta* e terceiriza o acabamento interior. Todavia não encontrei nada equivalente em português. Penso que com a ajuda do Ted, vou inovar!
