Explanation:
Se mai numeşte şi "PE risk".

Dacă un nerezident (PF sau PJ) conduce afaceri în România pe o perioada mai mare de 6 luni pe an, e nevoit să se înregistreze în scopuri fiscale în România (să plăteasca impozit pe profiturile obţinute aici şi să depună declaraţii fiscale etc.) De aici se vorbeşte de "riscul de generare de sediu permanent".
