o branza care poate provoca tulburari digestive (pardon, diaree)
Sa fie branza topita? Pentru asta, am gasit "processed cheese", telemeaua = cottage cheese. Am ramas in pana de inspiratie - si de surse! Multumesc anticipat.

Explanation:
Fiecare clatita se unge cu un strat subtire de branza moale, iar deasupra se intinde umplutura de praz si ciuperci. Se ruleaza, se aseaza intr-o forma unsa, se presara bucatele din untul ramas si se baga la cuptorul incins. Se lasa sa se rumeneasca circa 30 de minute (la 200 grade C).

Raspunsul de mai sus e de pe Google. Cred ca as spune \"branzeturi moi (nepasteurizate, eventual fermentate, cum ar fi...)\". Cam lung.
Oricum, discutia este foarte... apetisanta. Multi dintre noi dezvaluie competente gastronomice respectabile.

Scuze... Nu am mai avut loc sa adaug link-ul la comentariul anterior (la raspunsul lui Tweety), spatiul era insuficient.
Andrei, considera aceasta interventie tot ca un comentariu la raspunsul lui Tweety, cu care sunt de acord. Si poate sursa te inspira. Gasesti acolo toate tipurile de soft cheese (mie mi-au lasat gura apa ;-)

Ma gandesc ca daca e vorba de un text medical, poti sa spui \"branza de consistenta moale\" si sa dai si cateva exemple in paranteza, ca sa stie omul de ce sa se fereasca daca are probleme cu digestia ;-). Eu as manca cu placere tot ce am vazut acolo (site-ul are si poze)

Am mai gasit ceva care mai lamureste un pic problema:
Soft cheese = Describes a cheese that was neither heated nor pressed during its production . Its texture is therefore soft, or even runny, when the cheese is fully ripe (e.g. camembert, munster, brie).

Se pare ca aici e problema: procesul de fabricatie la acest tip de branza nu presupune pasteurizarea. Deci permite dezvoltarea de bacterii. De aici riscul infectiei cu escherichia coli, principala cauza a diareei (in acest caz). O alta infectie, mai periculoasa, este listerioza. Cautati pe Google \"soft cheese\" in combinatie cu diaree, tulburari digestive etc. Veti gasi de multe ori \"soft cheese\" ca un factor de risc in diaree si listerioza. Asa ca raman la parerea mea, ca trebuie sa se specifice in paranteza exemple de astfel de branzeturi, poate chiar si o explicatie.

Brinzeturi de consistenta moale

Dat fiind efectul potential al acestui tip de brinza, as fi inclinat sa cred ca e vorba despre "brinzeturi PROASPETE de consistenta moale". Pe de alta parte, asta ar fi o presupunere pe care poate n-ar trebui sa ne-o asumam...

O ultima observatie pentru Andrei: telemeaua este echivalata in lumea vorbitoare de engleza cu feta cheese; cottage cheese ar fi echivalentul brinzei proaspete de vaci de la noi - e mult mai moale si cremoasa - se vinde de obicei in recipiente de plastic similare cu cele de margarina.
