I have the translation for "welcome!" into Romanian, "Bine ati venit!"
but I noticed that the "t" appears with the descender in some cases. "Bine aţi venit!
Which is the correct translation? with or without the descender?
K
Bine aţi venit!
Explanation:
is the correct one

The fact is, you can view it correctly only by selecting the Central European Windows-1250 encoding, in this case.
That is why some people just drop the diacritical mark. It is common practice, and perfectly intelligible to any Romanian native, however it is not correct.
So, if you want the correct translation, use the "ţ" with Central European or with Unicode.
