Explanation:
In Lexique Angalis-Francais du Conseil de Europe (principalment juridique) am gasit "in good faith=consciencieusement", deci constient de ceea ce declara. De aceea mi se pare mai buna varianta "pe proprie raspundere" in cazul tau. In alte cazuri propabil ca ar mers "de buna credinta" (Aquisition in good faith = de bonne foi = cumparator de buna-*credinta).
