E foarte important de stiut in ce fel de document apare textul cu pricina. Daca e vorba de un act constitutiv/statut/contract de societate, atunci timpul verbal folosit este viitorul.

Daca nu e un document de genul asta...in general cand e vorba de astfel de contexte (de natura juridica) trebuie sa cascam ochii foarte bine la timpul folosit (prezent/viitor), pentru ca are o mare importanta mai ales daca in text este vorba despre stabilirea/asumarea unor obligatii. Cred ca e o chestiune destul de sensibila in domeniul asta si ar trebui sa fim foarte atenti cand aplicam regulile generale.

Mult spor in contiuare :)
