neafectarea rectului Explanation: Boala Chron prezinta diferente din punct de vedere morfopatologic comparativ cu colita ulceroasa. In colita ulceroasa exista o reactie inflamatorie in mucoasa colonului (hiperemie, ulceratii, hemoragii) uniforma, uneori continua rectul fiind frecvent interesat iar in boala Chron este afectat mai frecvent ileonul, acesta fiind ingrosat. Datorita inflamatiei are loc pierderea celulelor epiteliale care duce ulterior la ulceratie. In boala Chron inflamatia cronica afecteaza toate straturile peretelui intestinal interesand inclusiv ganglionii mezenterici si regionali astfel ca, cu timpul intestinul este ingrosat, lumenul stramtat pana la obstructie. Leziunile sunt discontinue in boala Chron, in aproximativ 50% din cazuri rectul nu este afectat. http://www.sfatulmedicului.ro/print_article.php?id=1160&catn... Boala Crohn Rect afectat 25 – 50% http://www.emcb.ro/article.php?story=20070530161514763&mode=... Similarly, Levine et al. found normal rectal histology or minor changes in 46% of asymptomatic UC patients despite previous definitive histology for UC. In children, an initial presentation of UC with rectal sparing has been found in up to 3% to 4% of UC patients. However, in adults, a de novo presentation of UC with rectal sparing has been reported, but is much rarer. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 oră (2007-06-29 15:36:42 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- sparing ="cruţare" în acest context |
