Intr-adevar ar trebui sa avem un context. Dupa cum au sunat intrebarile tale pana acum, nu cred ca e vorba de partidul cresin din Statele Unite.

In rest, sintagma mi se pare foarte putin folosita si cam derutanta. Daca e vorba de un drept al unei persoane, obtinut sau arogat in baza conditiei sale de crestin, cred ca ar trebui spus "drept crestinesc", dar e foarte ciudat, pentru ca Crestinismul, nefiind o democratie, nu vorbeste de drepturi de obicei. "Drept crestin" se refera de obicei la o ramura a dreptului canonic, dar "Christian right" nu are acest sens.

Concluzia: Militez pentru dreptul crestinesc de a ma bucura de un context cand traduc. :)
