В сущности, его и переводить как спред (спрэд) не стоит.

В принципе спред в данном случае можно назвать маржой. Но этот термин тоже может ввести в заблуждение.

neutral  Jarema: По большому счету added cost - это ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНАЯ СТОИМОСТЬ. Добавленная стоимость может ввести в заблуждение ровно как и маржа. Было бы здесь add value - я бы согласился. Добавленная стоимость в русском языке - это практ всегда add или added value.
