Смысл термина ясен: речь идет о регулировании срока доверительного управления трастом. Дословно: "удаленность наделения правами распоряжения доверительной собственностью". Очень похоже на rule against perpetuities - правило исключения бессрочного владения. Но никак не приходит в голову нормальный русский перевод этого термина. Может, кто знает уже устоявшийся русский термин, если таковой вообще имеется? Спасибо всем заранее!

Я так бы поняла remoteness - как бы правило против давности или чрезмерного "старения" оных полномочий. Строгого термина не знаю, о чем честно сообщаю.
