Ссылка на английском, но из этого материала ясно, что помощь требуется индивидуальная и разнообразная(в зависимости от нужд учащегося). Кто плохо слышит или видит- посадить впереди. Кто на инвалидной коляске- прощать опоздания. У кого диабет- разрешить выйти из класса во время урока, если необходимо. Кто заикается- терпеливо выслушать или дать возможность выполнить задания письменно и т.д. Сказано, что первое-студент, а второе- нетрудоспособность/ограниченная трудоспособность. Таким образом, он/а не должны ощущать своего "привилегированного" положения. Необходимо спрашивать в начале учебного года, кто нуждается в таких специальных условиях.
