CLEANING
Perform weekly or more frequently, depending on dust accumulation. Elevate upper section, block up with three-inch safety blocks, and proceed as follows:
1. Blow out motors and brakes
2. Blow off masts.
3. Blow off tracking mechanism.
4. Blow off top of modules.
5. Blow off backup roll unit mechanism.
6. Blow off platen shoe assemblies (previously removed).
7. General wiping down of machine, cleaning off any accumulated dust, grease, or oil.
8. Remove any particle accumulation from all rolls.
9. Drain fog manifolds on mast weekly.
10. Blow out and clean all oil fog vents.
