Clayton braking calculations refers to trailing load (down grade) of 49000kg =49mt =(4) empty cars & loco braking adhesion being 18% =3600kg.
Elsewhere, traction has been given as 5000kg =25% adhesion while previously given as 20%. These values can never apply to adhesion during braking; 16-18% is normal.
What is the braking adhesion the customer is using for their calculations as the braking adhesion has to be less than the traction adhesion value?


В расчете торможения Clayton ссылается на перевозимый груз (с уклона) 49000 кг = 49 т = (4) пустых вагонетки и сила сцепления с рельсами 18 % = 3600 кг.
В другом месте тяга дана 5000 кг = 25% сила сцепления, в то время как раньше давалось 20 %. Такие значения никогда не подойдут для сцепления во время торможения, 16-18 % - норма.
Какое сцепление при торможении использует заказчик для своих расчетов, так как сцепление при торможении должно быть меньше, чем сцепление при передвижении?
