Date Dept./Init. - это заголовок столбца таблицы. Таблица называется "Revision". Вопрос касается только последней части: "Init." Что бы это значило? Таблица не содержит данных и приводится в тексте для примера, т.е., ничего кроме названия и заголовков столбцов. Т.к. текст технический, размещаю вопрос в этом разделе.

agree  Pristav (X): Это стандртный раздел "Изменения" в любой конструкторской документации. Лучше Init перевести как "Ввел" или "Автор". Тут в наших "штампах" чертежей есть разнобои. ЕСКД допусукает несколько вариантов.
