11.2 Customer shall have the the right to unilaterally (out of court proceedings) and at no fault of the contractor terminate the Contract at any time by giving Contractor thirty (30) days written notification specifying the date of termination. On the date of such termination Contractor shall discontinue performance of the Services and shall wholly comply with Customer’s instructions regarding such termination. Customer shall pay Contractor in respect of Services satisfactorily performed up to the date of termination and any other proven costs incurred by Contractor in complying with Customer’s instructions to terminate, including costs incurred due to purchase cost and residual value of the vehicle and the proper application of the Russian Labour Code with regard to severance payments to employees which are a result of such termination and other proven commitments. In no event shall Contractor be entitled to any profits or any damages because of such termination.
Artcle 4 provisions do not apply in case of termination under this section.

11.2 Заказчик вправе расторгунть настоящий Договор в одностороннем (внесудебном) порядке и при отсутствии вины Исполнителя, в любой момент времени посредством подачи ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЮ за тридцать (30) дней письменного уведомления с указанием даты расторжения. В день подобного расторжения ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЬ прекращает выполнение УСЛУГ и обеспечивает полное соблюдение распоряжений ЗАКАЗЧИКА в отношении подобного расторжения. ЗАКАЗЧИК производит ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЮ оплату за УСЛУГИ, выполненные с удовлетворительным качеством до даты расторжения, и любые другие подтвержденные расходы, понесенные ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЕМ для выполнения указаний ЗАКАЗЧИКА по расторжению Договора, включая расходы связанные с затратами на приобретение и остаточной стоимостью автомобиля и соблюдением Российского Трудового Кодекса в отношении выплат выходных пособий сотрудникам, выплачиваемых в результате такого расторжения и других доказанных обязательств. ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЬ ни при каких обстоятельствах не имеет прав в отношении любых прибылей или убытков в результате подобного расторжения. Положения Статьи 4 не применяются в случае расторжения Договора в соответствии с настоящим пунктом.
