Тут скорее всего говорится о соблюдении клиентом (заемщиком или вкладиком) каких-то общепринятых норм здравого смысла: не записывать пин код на бумаге, не носить кредитки в наружных карманах, не пересылать информацию по электронке, не использовать свою дату рождения как пин номер. и т.д. и т.п.

neutral  Denis Akulov: Почему Вы думаете, что речь идет обязательно о деньгах. Посмотрите, например, этот договор http://www.jewishmuseum.cz/en/azapujcky.htm Там речь идет о музейных ценностях, и сторонами договора также выступают Borrower и Lender.
