Ludwig Chekhovtsov: Однозначно, да ! Вот только в отношении trade mark = товарный знак я бы не был столь категоричен. Всё течет , всё меняется. Повидимому. скоро нам всем придется привыкать, что это не товарный знак, а торговая марка. В Украине, в новом ГК, уже поменяли.
