...мы сможем продать (торав) или выдать (любое) другое распоряжение, исходя из любых соображений (вне зависимости от того, каким будет режим платежа, одноразовым или в рассрочку), по нашему усмотрению, та же продажа или распоряжение может касаться отделения/компании-филиала/партнера, (или же) целой или части маржи.

Поскольку ничего другого не подходит, а и никто с другой идеей не появился пока, рискну:
...мы сможем продать (торав) или выдать (любое) другое распоряжение, исходя из любых соображений (вне зависимости от того, каким будет режим платежа, одноразовым или в рассрочку), по нашему усмотрению, та же продажа или распоряжение может касаться отделения/компании-филиала/партнера, (или же) целой или части маржи.
