после завершения отгрузки/поставки товара Explanation: У них слово пропущено - что именно завершают. Так как поставка товаров дистрибьютору, то есть 2 основных варианта - когда отгрузили и когда доставили. Может, там отдельно условия поставки прописаны? -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 час (2010-12-26 16:35:41 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- тогда напишите Поставки. Отгрузку тоже можно считать за поставку, особенно если прописано EXW или FCA |
